Evolution of Bacon wrapped Jalapeños

As you can see, the first attempt wasn’t nearly as good as the second. Both tasted great, but the second trial won by a landslide.

Instead of a cheese filling like the first, I opted for cream cheese and hollowed out the innards, rather than cutting in half.. Wrapped each pepper in bacon, dipped in egg & breaded with Panko. Baked to perfection👌🌶️ 🔥
