Is this genuine PSA?

Mets fan/baseball card collector here. I bought this on eBay about 2 years ago from a seller with 100% feedback with over 9000 ratings. I’m asking is this is genuine because the PSA certification page looks iffy. The psa label looks iffy. Holding the card up to light I can see a fingerprint. Everything is iffy. I appreciate the help!!
