PSA turnaround time

I know this has been brought up before but I can’t find anything recent so I figured I would pick your brains!

I sent in a 5 card submission to PSA (value, economy or whatever it’s called. The cheapest option cause I wasn’t necessarily in any kind of hurry) on July 12th, received July 27th and has been sitting at the “research & ID” stage since end of July.

Anyone else have this happen? Is this normal?
