New to selling. eBay starting bid question for rare card.

New to selling so forgive my ignorance. I’ve got a rare card with 3 comps that have gone for ~1300 a piece in the past 6 months. I was looking at the bid history and they all received 25+ bids and the starting bid was set at .99.

I’m nervous to set the starting bid so low because the leap from .99 to 1300 seems crazy. Are bid histories pretty reliable as far as predicting and estimating what will happen? Do I just set a reserve price and start it at .99?
