MOS Sale for employees

Hi everyone, I started working as a seasonal associate last October and just got permanent, BBW is such a happy place to work at :)) I just wanted to know some thoughts on MOS Sale for employees, is it worth it? And what to look for? Can we still get it, if we aren’t on shift that day?? Thanks 😊

Update: it happened today and they gave us only one small bag and 2nds are allowed after everyone got a chance.
