Where can I find tacos like this?

I’m from the Fresno area and have yet to find anywhere that satisfies my cravings from home. Anyone know anywhere that has tacos like this? Tortillas dipped in oil is a must lol specifically around the concord area but would love seeing what else is around. Thank you!
