sensory friendly skincare basics for 25 y/o
im 25 and have AuDHD. i really dislike makeup and the feeling of stuff on my face in general. like 'clawing off chapstick from my after my partner kissed me' lvls of don't want stuff on my face. im also bad with adding things to my daily routine.
i am of the understanding i need some skincare to help manage my acne and age gracefully? so far i use a biore charcoal face wash with salicylic acid about every other day and whatever acne stickers are on sale. i used to use benzoyl peroxide spot creams but stopped when i read that degrades into a carcinogen when stored improperly.
do y'all have any reccs on any nice, sensory friendly basics? unscented, no feel or whatever? and if you can add any how to/how much/how often/when to use tips? like idk how to even apply lotion properly tbh. id also appreciate why to use them? it really helps with my processing.
if this is not the right spot for this kind of list id appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
