When did you stop swaddling?

We stopped at around 3 months. I have a friend that had her baby girl in August and I saw she posted on her social media that her baby is still swaddled. Pardon me but isn’t that too old to be swaddling? And if it is, is it a danger concern or is it just hindering her from learning to roll over? I was going to say something to her but didn’t want to be “that” mom😗
