BWT, where are we buying real art that we can afford?

As I settle into my home I want to start filling it with artwork that I love, but am unsure where to start. I understand that beautiful art isn’t (and shouldn’t be!) cheap, but sadly I don’t have a massive budget. Is there a go to place where y’all are finding art you love? I have started looking at second hand, I was also thinking up and coming artists might be a great option, just not sure how to find them. Please let me know if you have any tips for filling your home with art on a budget. Thanks in advanced!
