Epheria Marine on PC

This post is probably not going to get noticed but I was wondering if Epheria Marine is no longer coming to PC?

It hasn't been in the store since 2020 for NA/EU on PC

Meanwhile SEA servers got it, and on dec 29 2021

console players got it in the store, same with april 2021, console players also got it back in the store.

here is the post. did I miss something? Is EU/NA PC not getting these outfits anymore?
