Wall slides regression.
Hi all, I am following the nerd fitness beginner bodyweight routine and it calls you to do wall slides, however I can't do even 1. I feel like it's because of my giant butt, but can't be sure. I have a really hard time getting my lower back flat against the wall LOL. I read that a regression for the wall slide would be to lay on the ground, rolling your hips forward to get your lower back flat and then doing the slide against the floor. If I do that, would it be okay if I brought my knees up to my chest? Because that's pretty much what I have to do to get around my butt. I just worry it's going to mess up the move.
