Why is Rakul Preet Singh not a bigger star?

I wouldn't say she's underrated, its more that she ticks so many boxes no?

Attractive

Decent(but not great) screen presence

Dances well

Does comedy well

Does romance adequately

If she had the same opportunities would she not be as big as Kiara?
