i7 14700k voltage help

What is the stock voltage for the 14700k? I am receiving conflicting advice, I have a 14700k that seems to be overheating, I built this rig last week, it is cooled with an NH-D15 Chromax, dual fans, set in PWM mode, it has an ILM correct frame installed, it is in a high airflow case (thermaltake core X9), in some games it was throwing 95c+, it has been reseated and repasted with noctua nt-h1, but after re-installing, it gave similar temperature result, so had a friend help me with undervolting as a temporary solution. The volts are currently reported in HWMonitor as 1.383v normal, 1.402 in games, this is undervolted by 0.0150, as it was 1.398v at idle, 1.434v at load and was pushing over 95c in some games, I am not accustomed to such high temperatures, previously I ran an 11900k at 5.3ghz all cores and max temps full load from that were only 78c in R23.

I have built a lot of pc's that have had no issues with high temperatures, and no complaints from their owners.

I have received advice that the voltage is too high, and should be around 1.2v, but had another say 1.4v is fine...but obviously higher temperatures are not...It is on an asus tuf z690 gaming wifi d4, with 2802 bios.

I have owned the NH-D15 Chromax for about a year, I was concerned that maybe a possible heat pipe failure, but have been told that is highly unlikely after a year of use, either it would be a fail before install or after 10+ years of insane abuse.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
