Looking for advice on a first build

Im in Ireland so my budget is £1800/€2200.

Im gonna wait another week or two to try pick up a 9070xt if not I’ll just grab a 9070 OC (Really a big fan of the steel legend look).

I decided on the 7800x3d over the 9800x3d due to budget constraints and think I should be fine.

I’m looking to play competitive shooters in 1440p competitive settings at 240fps e.g apex, valorant etc aswell as having good performance in RPGs.

Maybe someone knows a better way to allocate the budget or save some as there’s never anything wrong with spending less.
