Bullet Journaling for ADHD - Help!
Hi everyone! New to this subreddit and potentially new to bullet journaling!
I currently use a planner, which is working for me but not well and I really think that having a bujo would be a more fun/successful way for me help "manage up" my ADHD. I'm hoping to use it for daily planning/goal planning/habit tracking/a daily gratitude practice (i need the last piece to help manage anxiety.)
Does anyone here have ADHD and found success with this method? What tools, tips and tricks do you use to keep consistent? If anyone is willing to share templates with me, that would be so helpful because truly I do not know where to start.
