How to pass Delta assessment?

Hello! Delta might be hiring English speakers again soon. I applied for it this September, got an assessment email and I failed at it. Can I still apply?

Also, any tips on passing Delta's assessment test?
I failed at United's assessment as well. Funny that I work as an FA to a regional, and I can't seem to understand what Delta and United ask in their assessments. I did a lot of "somewhat agree" on United and failed, I did a lot of "Strongly agree" on Delta and failed. :/ I appreciate your tips!
