Potted Cactus Mix: 50% Pumice, 30% Decomposed Granite, 20% Perlite.

I'm trying to make a potting mix for my mojave native cacti. Here are some ingredients I'm using. It is almost inorganic but the Mix feels really heavy in weight and the fine sand of the Decomposed granite seems to compact when watered. What's everyone's thoughts.
