Remove CEC totally.

They should remove CEC from draw entirely. No need to have that. Its not their priority anymore. Why faking it? They should announce that french is must for PR or permit. Also, they should mention about the value of cook (not even certified chef) over a grad.

If you don't know french, No need to spend 50-70k CAD on higher studies. Give 10k to get a cook job and enjoy PR.

I'm not against French. Kudos to people who worked hard on learning French and got it.

I'm saying that IRCC should remove CEC as they don't value it anymore. They should make an announcement about it and done. Simple
