Are french draws cancelled going forward?

Finally got my required score on the TEF. C1/C2/B2/C1.

Will be eligible for french draws now.

But people are saying french draws are no longer a thing since carney is kicking out miller, and if poilievre comes in, he is going to change up the entire system? So no matter what, french draws are now gone?
