Nanner.. worth going to full harvest?

Hey guys first time grower here. Came into my grow today and seems I've got at least one nanner, perhaps more coming along. Should I just pull nanners as they appear and hope for the best? I have two plants, this one is an auto and is the one pushing nanners (plant in the back). The other plant is a photoperiod plant (plant in the front) and isn't showing any signs of pushing nanners. I have 4 or 5 weeks left in flower I think. I also don't particularly care about seeded bud, as long as it's not all seeds. I don't mind picking some out. Are the seeds produced from an auto's nanners worth keeping? Many thanks in advance, and also, yes I'm aware my grow is not ideal and I am aware of many things I can do better. I'm just looking for advice on what to do when finding nanners in the middle of flower.
