Chappell inspired cocktails

I’m running a Chappell Roan bottomless brunch where I work and I’m currently coming up with cocktails to put on the brunch.

I can only do 3 specials and so far have the pink pony club cosmo (essentially a raspberry cosmo with pink glitter) and then the hot to go (a spicy marg)

I’m falling short on the third and need some inspiration, does anyone have any ideas / could point me in the right direction.
