Crack in bumper advice??

I’m so sad I just backed into a concrete block and cracked my bumper. It’s super tiny but rough to the touch. I have a couple questions if anyone knows the answer. 1. Will water get into the bumper? I assume there’s drainage holes in the bodywork but idk 2. Can I just cover it with a color matched paint kit from Amazon if I’m not planning on selling the car? I highly doubt it’s structurally unstable so I just want to cover it up.
