Boosting discord server banned me 14 days

I do SM boosting on Spineshatter EU (I only promote my boosts in the Service channel where it is legal)

A couple of days ago I get sent a discord server from some random guy in game and he said I need to increase the price for my SM boost.
I told him no and asked why and he just responded with check channel *and then he links me the boosting discord*
It is a discord (mainly speaking in arabic) where they have made up gold prices for each dungeon boost and they have channels for screenshotting peoples names who do lower pricing than them.

So they mass report people who don't obey and now I'm sitting here suspended for 2 weeks on my 12 year old WoW account because of "You were reported multiple times by your fellow players for inappropriate communication"

Blizzard should be able to see that these spam reports are nonsense right? Or am I just f*cked?

**UPDATE!!!** My ticket got answered and "Game Master Dyniurt" overtuned the ban!!!
He removed my ticket completely though so I cannot get back to him to thank them/ask what would happen if this would happen again and how I should handle that situation.. Because if I get reported and banned again people say it's going to be a perma and I heard you can't even create tickets then(?)
