I failed my cna skills exam twice

The first time I failed because I forgot to privacy curtain, provide the call light and introduce myself during vital signs.

The second time I failed because I recorded the food intake on the same sheet I recorded the urine output on. I also failed because my pulse rate was not within 4 beats of the Rn observers.

I’m just feeling so stuck because I really tried so hard and I keep failing for small things. I’m just going to try to get a job the retest in a while.

My question is what do I put on my resume? I only took a two week class and I have never worked as a cna before. Thanks all advice is appreciated.

Edit : I’m starting to feel like I can’t even do this anymore. They even said my urine measurements was wrong and I thought they were correct. This is just bs man I’m done
