College Dropout -> Bootcamp Grad -> Fulltime Software Engineer AMA

As the title suggests. I know the job market can be hard now so I just wanted to help people out with an AMA.
Background info:
Was working a dead end office job after dropping out from college. I was studying Psychology and had no prior background in tech. Attended Coding Dojo while working full-time. Got a part time job at another coding bootcamp as a Grader. Then kept applying to jobs until I found one.
