This whole thing has made me realize how stupid amd toxic most of reddit is

Anything that gets posted that isnt just "i hate cody now, hes a weirdo and pedo" has some dumb person commenting tryna be a hero or act like theyre holier than thou. Even if a post is saying they think what cody did was disgusting but they have a point about something else, but that point isnt painting him as an absolute monster. No one is open to having conversations it seems like. Once someone posts a different view point, people dogpile and spam downvotes rather than use it as just another conversation thrown into the hat. And im someone who thinks what cody did is disgusting, its just annoying seeing a post with a good conversation point get conpletely shit on because its coming from an angle that people disagree with. People shouldnt be made to feel like a creep for having unique opinioms about it, it should start good conversations, not get attacked by a bunch of people calling them pedo apologist and shit when thats not even close to what was being said in the first place.
