Problem Claiming Ticket!

Hey guys! SM Tickets strikes again 😭😭😭😭 I received my ticket voucher, receipt of payment and everything, checked my bank and i got money taken out of my account so it really went through, but when I tried claiming my ticket this error showed! Did anyone else experience this? What did you do? I already emailed customer care but i dont know how long it will take until they reply, our flight is soon so i was hoping to fix it today
