Best Way To Deal With Spouse/Family Members and Cronometer?

I think my wife would really benefit from Cronometer, but it seems like it would be a lot of work to set her up with our recipes and even favorite foods to a lesser extent. I see I can export custom recipes to Excel, but even assuming I can then import them to her account, that would be a lot of work. I have over 20.

Is there really no way to create an additional user under the same account, or at least share recipes? In the accounts area they have a program to gift a membership to a family member, but seemingly not any way to do what I'm suggesting. Rather obviously people in the same household would tend to eat a lot of the same products/foods.

Edit: Thanks to the help below I figured it out. Unfortunately she does have to be Gold to see my recipes, which is odd because when I first did the friend thing my recipes were showing, but later they disappeared. Still, assuming she takes to it I think the $60 a year will be a good investment. She's pre-diabetic, so somewhat motivated.
