Is the CrossFit Nutrition class worth it?
Basically, what the title says… is it worth the $120 to take the CF nutrition class? I’m pretty sure I know the basics of nutrition but struggle with the execution of it.
Also, I’m a vegetarian… have any vegetarians found it useful, or is this just a footnote at the end?
I think my nutrition is holding me back from my weight loss/muscle gain goals.
