Stuck

So now in cs2 I'm stuck at 5k for almost half year. And the same thing in csgo I was stuck at silver. I take elo from 1k to 6k as silver. Do you ever feel that you don't belong in silver but higher? I don't feel like I'm a silver player since I have 1.4k hours and every match almost first and I do play with the team so what's wrong then? Did silver players improved that everyone is stuck in silver or am I missing something.
