How to become cs2 pro

So I have like 1.6k hours in cs been playing for 6 years now, I got average rank and I never played faceit before. My question is what things do I need to have to become is cs2. Like do I need to have faceit level 10 or is matchmaking enough or how do you even become one like do they invite you or you need to send some request? Edit: many people didn't understand exactly how I meant it, I know that I'm so far from being pro just being curious
