Best shampoo/conditioner for fine curly hair?

Looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help with my hair. I’ve been having a lot of issues with my hair shedding A LOT and thinning. My split ends have also been bad and been seeing a lot of dry breakage. Looking for shine and frizz control as well.

Not sure if I need protein or moisture or both?? I see a lot of conflicting things. I just don’t want to create more damage or increase shedding.

Also going to add a pic of my hair, not sure what hair type I have? It’s a mix of wavy, ringlets, and loose coils around my face.
