A newcomer to Cyberpunk 2077 thoughts and experiences on the game
I'm late to the party but I wanted to wait until the game was fixed. So I started from 2.0. The wait was well worth it. The game is excellent I needed to write about my experience.
Gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077 is fantastic. The combat is very good from the way the guns handle with the PS5 haptic controller feedback. The driving is good. I really like how the game is more of an action adventure game with some rpg game mechanics. The rpg elements of the game are not cumbersome. The skill trees are just right to make your character feel different depending on which perks you put in. I like the idea of the freedom you have of adding attribute points and how it impacts your game experience in the beautiful well done open world. I like how the clothes in the game are only cosmetic. Yet there are plenty of ways to customize your character using the cyberware features on your character.
The story is interesting and it's both exciting yet gloomy given the dystopian theme. How the soundtrack switched up as you progress within each mission is awesome. The immersion in the game and its open world is well done. The graphics and details that are present in the city are beautiful. I did encounter maybe 2-3 minor glitches no big deal nor did those glitches hinder my game progeess.
Highly recommend the game. I plan to play Phantom Liberty later. I also want to get the secret ending on the base game as well as well as see all the other endings. So I'm glad you are able to reply the point of no return mission to be able to run through all the endings.
