Do you use the fast travel option ??

Im now on my second playthrough of Cyberpunk (first time as an Streetkid and now as an grumpy Nomad XD) and i have never fast traveled in the game. I just like the driving mechanic and the open world to much to fast travel. This is literally the only open world game where i do not fast travel. Do you guys also have this with this game or any other game ??
