Is there a good and bad chainring bolt?

4/5 of my bike’s chainring bolt fell off today and im getting them replaced tomorrow. Which made me question if there’s a good chainring bolt and bad one. I am quite new to cycling and dont know alot about bikes. Also, i just got my bike assembled a few days prior to this happening. So did they fall off because of a bad assembly job or were the bolts just not good at all.
