Will a lighter wheel set make a noticeable difference?

My hybrid bike weights just under 15kg with the wheels weighing approx 2.75kg. I'm considering upgrading to a lighter wheel set which is 1.68kg..I weigh around 61kg, so all in, bike and rider is about 76kg

My regular routine is 38 miles with around 2,900 ft of climbing, including some short (around 5 mins) climbs of 6-10% and longer sub- 5% climbs. This route takes me about 2 hours 50 mins, give or take 10 mins or so depending on wind, how good my.legs are etc

What I want to know is if having a lighter wheel set where I save around 1kg will actually make a noticeable difference in terms of a quicker time, higher average speed? Or will any difference be.marginal (a percentage or two)?

I'm not such much interested in ride feel, or quicker acceleration.

Given bike and rider weight is 76kg, is saving 1kg on wheel weight actually noticeable when riding?

Thanks

Edit

I have a sub 9kg road bike. This route is partly off road/gravel so not great for my rim brake road bike with 25mm tyres. Bought a cheap hybrid bike just for this route as it's my favourite currently

I have no interest in buying a new bike, thanks for the suggestions though

Hybrid bike is a boardman mtx 8.6. Has front suspension so it's heavier than your typical hybrid "city" bike
