Anyone else experiencing stuttering?

I play on PC and the game stutters, frames drop while trekking through the dungeons, it also happens during battles sometimes. I love this game very much, so it's very frustrating, it's been doing it for a month at least. It also happens on the iPad version. So it might not just be PC. I'm most interested in the PC version and how it could be fixed, it is not my rig, as I have good hardware... Any thoughts?
