Mods on switch version

I have asked about this topic in past seasons and am not all that tech savvy and have no experience modding games. I'm curious if there are visual mods available for the switch version that are simple to install. I have a switch from around launch before they made them harder to mod.

One of my main reasons for asking is seeing comments about client side visual mods being a thing. Another is just that it's been a year or two since my last post on this subject.

TLDR can I easily mod the switch version for skins and maybe the cracked ex characters like beast Gohan and God Goku?
