Curious to try
Hey y’all, 26/m 6’0 weighing 250. I’m not in great shape but my biggest issues with working out is joint pains. My MCL, PCL, and ACL are practically gone in both knees, I’ve fractured or severely sprained both ankles, I got a titanium screw holding my leg to my hip, and I have 2 herniated discs in my middle back. The most recent member of the shit show is muscle spasms and severe tightness in my lower back muscles. I can’t seem to stick to the routine of going to a gym and even when I do, I seem to never get a good balance in a work out. I’ve been advised by doctors to look into stretches to help with the lower back pain but at this point I figure I need much more than just that to feel physically better. I read through some of your posts and comments and have seen y’all succeed in some capacity. My question is if any of y’all have similar issues and have seen improvement with strength, mobility, or even weight loss. Any advice helps, trying to figure out if this is for me. Thanks in advance!
