Cut off on D1

I’m on a transatlantic flight from MSP to CDG. We were delayed >1 hour taking off. I’ve been drinking wine and got an annoyed response from the FA asking for a refill with dinner but was given a half glass, then told “this is it for now” with the half glass after that. Now I’m completely cut off because “you drank the whole bottle and you need to wait.” I have been in my seat not causing any commotion. I don’t want to embarrass my husband but can’t sleep. I paid $1300 for this upgrade. Is this normal?
