Barrow-Dyad

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get barrow-dyad and I gotta have it to complete the collection. I’ve seen so many different things saying how to get it but none of them have worked out for me so far. Was wondering if anyone has more info on it? Easiest route possible because well, gamers rage and inpatience.
