Act 3 timing

So act 2 launched next week with guardian games, and the countdown for act 3 seems to indicate it's only 2 weeks away now. Which means once act 3 launches and rite of the nine comes we are at the end of the current known road map as we have very VERY little for frontiers. I'm not sure why act 2 isn't getting it's 6 week span but seems like an odd choice. Do we know if this is a visual bug?
