Hello, need some help finding a suitable option for messaging service for my website.
I am creating gym management website for gym owners. I want to add a feature, where messages can be sent to members notifying them about new plans, membership expiration, etc.
I was thinking of using whatsapp as medium of delivering messages as almost everyone has WhatsApp and people rarely read simple messages carefully.
So I did some research by asking ChatGPT and my options that I know are
- WhatsApp Cloud API
- Twilio WhatsApp API
- Gupshup WhatsApp API
- WATI by Clare.AI

I have no knowledge about these and I wanted to ask which one would be suitable for me.
My requirements—
- My website is mostly directed at small-medium gyms (300-600 members), so one owner may need to about maximum 1000-1500 message per month.
Please help me found one suitable option and also if you have any other option not listed here, please mention it if it’s good.
