Rework of side quests and tormented bosses
Had a random idea today that it would be cool if we could get uniques that really shape our builds obtainable from specific side quests. Obols felt more like a unique vending machine and was very boring way of obtaining them in the previous season. While tormented bosses wasn't the best/not an option at all in the early game. Side quests are more interactive and have been under utilized, outside of renown. The uniques don't need to guarantee a GA or anything as they would still drop from tormented bosses
Tormented bosses need a huge buff, not only in their difficulty/mechanics, but in the loot. After I get a full stash I'll get between 1 and 5 pieces of gear, usually with 1 GA. this just feels and looks bad for being the "pinnacle boss content." Adding mechanics that mimic how dark citadel boss fights work/adding things to do during the fight so we aren't just 1 hitting and reseting would be huge for the game. Adjusting the drops to drop fewer (but guaranteed 1 GA and higher chances at multiple upon higher torments) would be great along with either GA legendaries or runes.
It's a lot but I genuinely think this is the turnaround the content I mentioned needs
