Protecting valuables on the beach if you're alone

Do you have any tips and trics to protect your valuables (phone, money) on the beach if you're travelling alone? I usually travel with friends or family and it's easier that way, but I'm goig to travel alone for the first time for a longer period of time, and didn't really came across a sulition for this.
