Disc recommendations similar to Lat64 Diamond?

So I'm a relative noob on the scene with less than year under my belt, that has quickly amassed several dozen discs in the never ending quest to find the perfect plastic for an ever changing method of play.

My focus is now the long game, when I need to toss 275+ (you might have your own metrics)

My arm and form is still evolving so anything higher than an 11 is sort of wasted on me. I'm also still in my Understable phase of growth

Despite trying different speed rated discs I seem to get the most consistent results with the Latitude Diamond in a 159 weight as an 8 speed. When I say consistent, I mean a combination of getting it where I need it to go while tossing it far.

The next closest in terms of results is the Innova Gorgon (10 speed) in GStar at 168.

To date I've also tried the Roadrunner, Sidewinder, Dragon and Wraith (which I can seem to do ok with ideal conditions using a 135)

I'm thinking my next step is to try out either a lighter 161 weight Gorgon (10 speed) or the Latitude Sapphire (10 speed) in a similar weight. Also considering a Westside Hatchet (9 speed).

Has anyone else out there been in a similar situation, and had a chance to go down this road? Specs on the discs dont really seem to indicate either is super similar to the Diamond, other than ratings, but I'm also considering hand feel, shape and rim type.
