Cleaning up after somebody else.

This might just be me who has to deal with this, but for whatever reason, one of my managers (who is technically the GM,) almost always finds a way to keep me after my shift, by making me either clean up after the food preppers (who should be competent enough to clean up after themselves,) or finding some other excuse to keep me after my shift.

I find it verrrrryyyyy hard to tolerate this sort of stuff, given that I just endured a 7am - 3pm shift and my back is killing me due to my scoliosis flaring up (which they are aware of, but clearly couldn't care any less about.)

Never ceases to amaze me how inconsiderate and exploitative the restaurant industry can be towards their employees, especially towards the ones they basically keep the restaurant functioning...
