[No DAV Spoilers] Can somebody help me figure out why my attacks only deal ice damage?

Sorry if this is an obvious thing that I'm struggling with but I cant seem to figure out what's causing all of my attacks to deal ice damage. I've tried to refund all of my skill points and switched out different weapons and armors around and I still seem to only deal ice/cold damage (aside from my heavy attack that deals necrotic, which is a skill that I got as a rogue). Would love some help!

Maybe I'm just not sure as to which color represents which element? I was under the impression that when there are gray numbers that means that its a regular, physical attack, and that light-blue ones are ice damage
