Is there an app like Propellerhead's Figure for Android?

There's an app called Figure that lets you quickly program loops that have drums, bass and lead. It's great because you can quickly lay down a bass and lead loop and then drum along.

Unfortunately it's only for iOS. I have tried 5 or 6 different apps for Android and none seem intuitive or fast. Does anyone know of an app that can do something similar to Figure?
