[Breville Dual Boiler] Hot water goes on while pulling a shot.

This started this morning out of the blue. The hot water goes full on while pulling a shot (Manual, Single ou Double). The hot water knob is closed. The pressure sits at 3 bars. What is happening? Anyone experienced this before?
